Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund, less a $50 administration fee, if notification in writing is received 3 weeks prior to the Workshop date.
• 50% refund, if notification in writing is received 2 weeks prior to the Workshop date.
• No refund, if notification in writing is received within 7 days of the
  Workshop date.
• A full refund will be given if a delegate can prove a refund is applicable on compassionate grounds. Documented evidence may be needed.
• No refunds will be given to delegates who do not show up to the
  Workshop on the day.
